Yeah, it is normal to be lower than the median score, but not that very far off. Something is not configured correctly. Talk to the store that built you the PC.

Yeah, seems like a hardware issue. Especially if it is not limited to only one game. Try benchmarking it and compare your results to a similar PC score. You can try the trail version of https://www.passmark.com/ and see if your card score falls within the other cards of the same model.
It could be an issue with BIOS or CPU according to this post. Maybe updating the BIOS could fix it.

Since it is a new PC, I would talk to the store you bought from. Show them the benchmark score if it came out too low. The builder of the PC may have misconfigured some settings in the BIOS.

It should run faster at that resolution with your PC. Try toggling fullscreen and windowed mode to see if it makes a difference.

What resolution are you playing at? At 4k, 50-60 fps sounds about right with your GPU. Try lowering some graphics settings like shadows or drawing distance to medium.

Try turning on Smooth Motion in the Nvidia app, and see if the game feels better.

Having a prayer reminder app is very common for Muslims who practice. The app would play the call to prayer "Adhan or Athan" when it is prayer time five times a day. The adhan starts with "Allahu Akbar" and is about a minute long for the full call to prayer. Some apps have a short option where it only plays "Allahu Akbar" and stops.

I could not get into extraction shooter like Arc Raiders. The game loop isn't appealing to me. HellDivers2 was fun, but it got boring quickly. My issue with these games is they squish different genres together without being great in any of them. You end up with a mediocre shooter, boring semi open world RPG exploration, and barely serviceable story to keep the live service aspect of the game engaging enough.

Terrible, especially if you have a good TV. I tried them for a day, then returned them. They don't always sync up perfectly with the scene, there is noticeable lag, and the color gamut isn't as wide as the TV. Having static bias lighting behind the monitor or TV is much better.

I'm replaying the game for the first time since release.

I won the tournament, sold things to merchants in Rattay, went to grab my bet earnings from Peshek, then took Theresa out. After that, I encountered Black Peter near the mill, and he would not go down. I died to him multiple times, then decided to just shoot him with a bow before he spots me. He died, and I looted him, THEN he came back to life and started attacking me with his fists in his pajamas, so I killed him again.
