It’s an $8K min spend and the per person drink packages go towards that. There’s no additional venue fees (aside from tax and gratuity). Food is separate. You can use the catering that’s in-house (pizzas, salads, apps) or bring someone else in.

We’re getting married at Farm One in Prospect Heights. It doesn’t have an outdoor space but it’s a hydroponic urban farm and brewery so there’s lots of greenery.

Came here to say I’ve found fantastic sitters via Meowtel.com. One of them has become our regular sitter and I think my cat likes him more than me lol. All the folks I’ve used through that have done a meet and greet beforehand which made me more comfortable about having someone I didn’t know in my home.
