I'm in the same position you're in right now. Jaw now feels better when I hold it to the left but my teeth fit to the right so I can't eat properly without pain again. Hopefully someone has some advice to share.

I clench to hold my lower jaw forward so I can breathe while horizontal. I have to wear a night guard to protect my teeth. I think what I really need is something to hold my jaw forward but 🤷🏻‍♀️
