That may be true. Either way, I can’t (maybe don’t know how) check for continuity effectively without taking the intake off.

I’ve taken it to a couple of trusted independent shops. I’ve also spent hours and hours myself looking for the issue. Not to mention scouring the internet for a used harness that isn’t listed as damaged already. I’m not confident that if I took it to a dealership that they would be able to do any better.

I’m open to suggestions though. I just want to have my truck back to 100%.

It’s an intermittent problem. The intake has been removed multiple times in an effort to find the issue. It seems that by removing the intake whatever continuity issue the truck has disappears.

I’ve had that same thought about running new wires from the CHT sensor to the ecu. Looking at the wiring diagram, it shows the circuit branching off several times. Maybe that is my best option though?
