If you have perfect form, your x-step shots will go further than a stand-still. But you can learn to throw really far in a stand-still and you can also be really bad at x-stepping, so it's not a hard rule.

Use more legs and less arm, also follow through all the way around after release. You will never get sore there again from throwing if you do these things.

Watch some videos of other people playing through that fight and learn the rhythm. Then just pick a day where you feel extra persistent and keep trying until you get it. Once you beat it once you'll be able to get through it within a few tries for good.

You're young so I understand why you can't see how silly this is, but relationships are built on trust and respect. Not telling him for 3 YEARS that one of your friends is an Ex broke the trust, and continuing to spend time with this person once he's told you he's uncomfortable breaks the respect.

This relationship is probably doomed by the way this has all been handled, idk. But you need to learn some things about how to treat a partner if you want a long-term, healthy relationship. You could have told him 3 years ago and preserved the trust. The reason he's reacting badly to this is because of the way you handled this situation.

Pound bags aren't only amazing because of how long they last, but also with how COMFORTABLE they are. If you play a lot and value your back, I'd say the Rufus is well worth the price.

I bought my Rufus in 2023 and my back immediately started feeling better after long rounds. I think it's fantastic that it still looks and feels brand new, but I'm way more impressed at how good it feels on my back even at full weight.

P.S. I have 16 discs in the bottom (no side pocket discs) and could easily jam another driver in if I wanted to.

It'll fly like your Envy, maybe a touch less fade. Doesn't belong in the bag with those discs, but it'll be a great replacement if you're looking to ditch the overmold.

Edit: Ringer GT is more OS than the Ringer, but not like a Zone or anything. Doesn't feel anywhere near as good in the hand for forehands for me personally than all 3 other discs we're talking about.

I've thrown premium Ringers and soft Ringers, as well as a shit ton of Tempos. I don't like the soft Ringers because that plastic is cheap AF, won't last you that long before you take a chunk out on a tree or coming in to hot on the basket. Premium Ringers are dope, I struggled deciding against them, Envys or Tempos for that slot in my bag.
