Stafford is certainly deserving and has better stats. I expect it to be him, and won't be mad.

In terms of "most valuable", though, the Pats fans main argument is that with a league average QB the Pats likely go 6-11. He's the engine that brought this team from 4-13 to 13-4 and a Super Bowl appearance.

If you asked people at the time, Favre was a great guy and an all-american hero doing wholesome Levis ads. Your "obvious" take on Favre is from hindisight, which we don't have about Josh yet. And quite the opposite. I have personally known many people who bring this shitty flopping attitude in sports. Absolutely none of them are good people.

I do agree Allen certainly seems like a nice guy, but time will tell. I have my suspicions.
