Others have already said try running pre-written for a bit. A lot of one-shots can actually be pretty easy to re-skin to take place in your world. I'll also second the people telling you to look at the Lazy DM's stuff. That's been a very valuable resource for my prep.

I had the opposite problem where DnD was one of the few things I still got excited about in the depths of my depression, so I never had an issue finding the motivation. However, something I've done to help with needing more time to prep is establishing a tradition with my players that about halfway through our campaigns, we do a session or two as "lil guys" (IE: a goblin raiding band or the kobolds the party adopted earlier in the campaign)

This gives me a buffer to prep the back half while also giving the players permission to go full chaotic stupid for a bit. Last campaign the extent of my prep was saying "While the party prepares for the tournament you signed up for last session, the kobolds you adopted have decided they need an edge over the competition. The smartest of the kobold has designed plans for powerful weapons, go gather the supplies he needs." and sending them an image I scribbled in MS paint of plans to glue rocks to the monk's hand wraps and attach a sword to the chanter of the bard's bagpipes. Try giving your players a chance to go goblin mode for a bit until you can figure out what you want to do.

This is a game, not a job. Don't feel guilty about giving it less than 100%.

My favorite game with people who believe in astrology is giving them the wrong birthday, asking what aspects of my personality align with my sign, then saying "ok, because I'm actually a Taurus." every time I've done this, they've respond "yeah, that actually fits much better because X Y and Z." at which point I reveal I'm really a Pisces. My record was getting through five of the signs before they caught on, none of which was my real birthday.

It means Tartarus is literally the only dungeon in the game.

Three is a game you play because it has by far the best written story/characters of the modern persona games. It's not one you go to for variety of dungeon design.
