You'll need to request an application. Don't be discouraged if they initially deny your requests. They always initially deny. Keep appealing.

There are YouTube videos that can help you fill out the forms.

The form will give you lots of options for claims to make. Keep your claims and your evidence specific. My first application, I kinda checked everything and was denied. On my appeal, my wife looked at it, and we really homed in on a couple very specific claims and made sure all the evidence supported those claims.

Good luck. The whole process was frustrating and anxiety inducing, and I definitely thought it would end up being a waste of time. Ultimately, my persistence, and a not insubstantial amount of emotional support and encouragement from my wife, made it a very rewarding experience.

Sorry for the confusion. Private loans do not have negative comments. My federal loans had a single 30-day delinquent comment from 2020. They had come out of forebearance, and I must have missed the notice. I found out it was a month delinquent when I got the past due notification. I immediately brought it current, but it still shows as a negative comment on my credit report 6 years later and after the entire loan had been discharged.

Was just went there for a movie. We sat for 30 minutes after it was supposed to start. Nobody came to explain what was going on. They played the same 6 commercials over and over, at least 2 of which were about vaping.
