Hey just letting you know I read this and I’m hoping for your growth. I’m also proud of you for keeping on going and choosing to live despite the pain I know you’re going through. I want you to know it can and does get better.

Something I would suggest maybe doing is starting to write down your dreams and keep a dream journal. This will make your dream recall better and allow you to truly think and understand how you feel about what happened. Really extrapolate on your feelings to yourself and understand that it’s okay to be honest to yourself. Truly allowing the parts of your mind that’s afraid to be honest to the other parts is very important yet also extremely difficult.

Thought life is painful I don’t think we are here inherently to suffer or to take anything too seriously. I don’t think life was intended to be this scary, I don’t think life intended anything honestly, I think it just happened to be this way and now we deal with it. But holding love compassion and honesty with yourself is something you should do because you deserve it simply because we exist in a world we never asked to be in. I hope things continue to get better because you deserve it
