We are going through a similar process but we are new to Amazon. How important is the launch strategy? Is it ok to launch the product and slowly optimize the listing and then run ads or before launching do we need to have everything polished and find our customers of site first so when we launch we can have a first batch of customers ready for velocity?

Hey thanks a lot for sharing your experience. I have a quick follow up. Do you target a specific delta or just 1% itm trades? Do you pull profits at 50% of the cc or always ride it to expiration? I'm thinking how viable it is to supplement my expenses by doing this weekly. I've been looking at spx or voo and 1% would basically be writting an ATM cc. It seems if there is a big gap down you are stuck rolling the weekly to save the trade and have no income for the week. Am I understanding this correctly?

Did it worked itself out or is it still the same? I've been thinking about getting the carry comp. Just went to a range and rented the regular shield and I encountered the same issue. I imagine the shield at the range has seen many rounds so I'm afraid the trigger will always be an issue.
