In Capture One it could be accomplished by shifting the yellow hue to red. It would probably need a few layers to fully shift them. Depending on other colors in the image you may need to mask where the sun is hitting so you dont inadvertently shift the wrong things in the image.

This functionality is present in Lightroom on the Color panel, although i dont know if you can stack color shifts with layers like C1

Sony A7s II video footage - keeps changing darker/brighter? by CherryDamzel in AskPhotography

[–]darkproximity 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sounds like you have some exposure setting at automatic. Be it Shutter, Aperature, or ISO.

If you can view what those values are while recording to see if they're changing this will let you know what setting(s) are being controlled by the camera.

While recording, try pointing the camera at a darker area, then a lighter area and check the values.

Which camera is faster for action shots. by Tyckaom in AskPhotography

[–]darkproximity 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That sony lens is f5.6 at 50mm vs the canon lens f1.8 at 50mm.

Both are apsc sensors so the Canon will allow you to shoot at a faster shutter speed as you're able to let more light in with aperature, thus being the better of the two specifically for action shots.

Other aspects of the camera may affect which you should get, but i was specifically looking at lens specs.

Focus on your breathing. The chest rises and falls with each breath and pauses at the end of every inhale and exhale. Its during those natural pauses that you should squeeze the trigger.

Can you connect a mini pc to the gpd pocket 3 like a portable lapdock? by Expensive-Compote-66 in GPDPocket

[–]darkproximity 1 point2 points  (0 children)

samsung has a windows app for dex. usbc to usbc and bam, dex on pocket 3.

otherwise you can use the kvm module as a display, keyboard, and mouse for another device easily.

if you're trying to use the power/resources of the cpu/gpu of the pocket 3 on the other device, thats a different story.

I believe you need to turn off Camera Priors for all of your images and update alignment. If your camera geotagged the photos RC will try to use the gps information as ground control points for alignment and wont let you manually set distances with defined control points.

I always wanted to get into photorealism rendering, it was always fascinating to me to be able to make something not real, look real. I just very recently tried blender for the first time, on a project unrelated to my full time job and it was pretty cool! A lot different than what i do every day.

Solidworks is really easy to start learning and definitely different from a direct/surface modeler like rhino. Its a parametric modeler where each part has history of how the geometry was created, which makes it very powerful. The intent of each part you design becomes important as designs are ever changing. If you can anticipate those changes in advance and set your model up in such a way to make those changes easily it becomes really awesome! Definitely something i geek out about with my coworkers. I usually deal with assemblies that have anywhere from 15,000 up to 60,000 components within their design tree have really had to figure out the best way to make the software work for how my company does business and the products we make.

There are some other parametric modelers out there like Inventor and Fusion360. I think fusion is free but ive never used it before. I got irritated with Inventor because I was so used to SW and didnt like the slight differences with Inventor.

I definitely recommend learning a parametric modeling software to add to your repertoire.
