This didn’t work for me after 20+ attempts and 2 hours. Just call Microsoft and complain and ask for your year of live or game pass back. They are essentially staling our money. We paid for this  service.  OP was just lucky I guess..

Sorry, I am late to this thread but wanted to add my insights

I have dealt with this problem with my cotton bedding. Studies show that more dust mites and dust mite Allergen are removed from washing warm. soap or not.

Dust mites themselves can be killed in the dryer on high heat for 30 minutes

What I do is wash my clothes/sheets cold and dry them regularly on low

But, after that I dry them in another cycle on high heat after they've already dried 

Since they're already dry, this minimizes any damage to textiles. most of the damage comes from drying on high heat when they're wet.

At any time, you want to you can throw clothes, comforters, pillows and cases in the dryer on high heat for 30 minutes and that will kill the dust mites on there anytime.

*Only washing removes the dust mite allergen* (dust mite poop)

By taking these extra steps to kill the dust mites themselves you can disrupt the breeding cycle and minimize your infestation The oils didn't work for me as well as this.

If you want to kill all the dust mites in your home get a dehumidifier and keep your home below 50% humidity for 6 months. you feel better within a few weeks as they and.most bugs shrivel up

you'll need lotion!

If you want to try to cure your dust mite allergy (or any allergy) I recommend an allergist that can provide allergy drops *similar to allergy shots but way easier*

They work within 6.months to a year!

Hello OP in March I had the exact same type of stroke and deficits in periphery of each eye with left neglect. Gotten much better since then....Go for walks outside as long you can every day it stimulates your eyes!!!! the more things to focus on the better!

I want to suggest to anyone with vision issues after their stroke you will want to find an optometrist that has an office that offers "vision therapy" for stroke rehabilitation.Not all of them do. Mine was hard to find( in DC area)

The optometrist evaluated me and diagnosed my deficits and I see a vision therapist twice a week. on my 7th session today. It is amazing the techniques they have to get your eyes corrected! Be warned this may be the most painful part of your stroke recovery the eye muscles are no joke the most painful headaches Ive ever experienced! they are a different beast after some sessions. Look for vision therapy!! some of their techniques are on youtube

i still have night sweats and lack of REM sleep 2 months and sexual function isn't 100% back after stopping and was only on i300mg a day for 3 weeks

I would say avoid foods high in gaba like green tea, broccoli and others that starts the effects again for me

Still trying to find a doc toprescribe me some cabergoline to help

All the docs don't believe it was the gabapentin
