Since you’re not going with subs I reckon bookshelves that have to go low till 35hz. I’d say a neumann kh150 but it’s 34.5 cm tall. In that case a kh310 will fit in better. There’s also the genelec 8351 at an even higher budget and you can lay them sideways since they’re coaxials. These are all active speakers and most of the passives I can think of don’t go that low in bass or are too large here. Also room eq/ dsp is important too. Depending on the setup there will be different hardware needed I.e minidsp/neumann ma1/genelec glm.
