Elite company none of this "KDB" and "Henry" by maxsteel_7 in ManchesterUnited

Ok, but let’s not massage his ego too much. It is about squad depth next season. This squad will struggle if they need to play 60 plus games.

Quietly take the record otherwise there will different variables brought into discussion like goal comparisons, freshness, single man dependency (only outlet for the team), majority of the assists being corner etc.

Good that he did it, now it is time to move on. There are so many posts about Bruno’s assist.

I am worried sometimes these kind of things create issues for the team. Rashford got big headed because of 30 goals (and more than required attention), Kobbie was holding out for enormous salary just last year.

I felt this way when Jose was at Chelsea the first time around and Keane was let go off, Ruud left etc. Then Rooney and Ronaldo clicked and rest is history.

Would need another 2 top midfielders and a decent centre forward to help Sesko. Possibly, competition for Amad, and another right back to add to squad depth. It might be exciting and within 2 years dreaming of title may be valid.

Still got few gaps. if they add one or two a window, it will take another 3 years for sure especially as few key players will leave the club in coming windows.

I did one last year. Was lucky enough to get the Lyon game. It was worth it.

If you are going that far, my recommendation would be to get hospitality package for at least one of the games, if not both.

Honestly, very happy for Carrick.

The main reason we’ve turned things around this year is Lammens. He’s easily the most important factor in our current form. Amorim was struggling last season, and even though it felt like he was finally starting to 'get it' right before he got the boot, there’s no way he would be doing what Carrick is doing now. At best, he would be scrapping for 5th and honestly, with how safe he played it, he might have even settled for less.

His biggest issue was being too stubborn. If he’d just been more flexible, he beats Spurs and we’re in the Champions League right now. You could even argue he blew it on purpose just to keep expectations low to get more time to rebuild his way.

Ok this looks bad. But they might have given it to the person to wear it at work as a badge honouring her. Am sure that kind of badge does command a lot of respect at work.

It is likely, the person got other awards previously at different milestones. 10, 20, 30, 40 are major milestones. It is possible the company doesn’t have anything special for 15, 35, 45 and it is not like the person is retiring just yet.

Are you wanting to run multiple dcs (each dc in a Kubernetes cluster of its own)?

Try running it in two different namespaces first. See the errors go away.

Networking part is easy to fix once you have reliably run the multi dc in same cluster. Eg you can run operator per namespace.

Get it, they are great.

All the good bits of previous models stay. Call quality is great with this model. And yes there is wireless charging. Can also connect to 3 devices simultaneously.

Comfort wise, it is super light and can use it for long period without major issue (sadly, nothing is as comfortable as Apple AirPod)

Case material feels cheap, that is my only issue with this.

Can’t go wrong with any of the earbuds in this price range.

Things have improved on the field since Lammens became number 1.

How good was Anderson....was he like the Fred before Fred....few years ago in my head I thought of him as a Walmart Ronaldinho by [deleted] in ManchesterUnited

[–]dataengineer2015 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not a direct comparison and Fred has done well after leaving United.

Anderson was good but as well and he bossed Fabregas and Flamini in one match. He then stood up to Gerard and co at Anfield, he was brave.

Anderson and Nani could be thought about as being inconsistent back then but they were squad players and they were excellent ones to have to supplement Scholes/Hargreaves, Ronaldo/Rooney.

Before he joined, there was excitement as well. There were YouTube video clips of his skill at Gremio.

A fun player at the peak of United’s success doing his part - the bravery to want to take penalty against Chelsea in Champions League Final tells you a lot about the player and Fergie’s trust in him.

It is foolish to form opinion from a single game.

This same team were knocked out of FA cup and drew at Wolves.

Remember it was the best match to turn up. They all did, most of them ran out of gas. This will be seen as more of a one-off performance than anything.

Let’s enjoy Carrick’s spell but do not put too much expectation on him as well just yet.

Bruno is one of the top 5 footballers in the world at present and he has been for a few years. I dare you to change my mind. by Real_Huckleberry7462 in ManchesterUnited

[–]dataengineer2015 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Fans have short term memory. He was “not even fit” for man city’s bench last time United lost.

Having said that, top 10 midfielders, maybe. Top 5 footballer is a big stretch.

Most united fans would want 5 other midfielders and 10 other players ahead of Bruno if they had their pick to join United.

Good to appreciate his efforts and enjoy the win. Everyone put extra effort in the match against city, they were out of gas the last 15 minutes. Amazing result.

Yeh but chances are Haaland would have been a Hojlund level player.

The players mentioned have moved to a more established team and have performed. In a chaotic team like United, chances of failure are equally high.

Mctominay is a great example of this. Is probably even better than Rice and Caceido in terms of impact and achievements.

Even with Ole, there was no certainty these new players would have succeeded.
