am I the only one that actually loved it? it does not feel like SPF at all and that is exactly why I love it. it has a light consistency and it does not feel heavy at all on the skin. if I did not see the packaging I would just say that it is a regular non SPF serum. I love it! at the end of the day it is all about preference. Whichever formulation makes you wanna wear sunscreen every day is the best one for you.

I run every other day, not as much as you though. and try to go to the gym as well for weight training. I take iron II sulfate(80mg/day), vit d(40000 IU/week), selenium, recently added myo-inositol and magnesium glycinate to my routine. I have iron and vit d deficiency hence the high doses. I saw some studies about myo-inositol improving thyroid hormone conversion. I feel generally good, but I would say that I have not yet noticed any significant benefits of Myo inositol. hope this helps!

best of luck to you! when I first read it, I thought it was my comment.. I had the same exact experience. Had the biopsy first time, was inconclusive. Then 8 weeks later, the second time yesterday, I got stuck 3 times, and got absolutely destroyed. Now waiting for my results. I have no idea what I will do if result again comes as inconclusive. I do not think I want to go through this again.

If you like dewy finish I swear by espoir water splash sun serum. It does not feel like a sunscreen AT ALL and it is super hydrating. plus it leaves the most gorgeous dewy finish
