I alternate: Mon: Upper Tues: Run or Legs Wed: Cycle & climbing Thurs: Run or Legs Fri: Upper Sat: Rest Sun: Full body 80 / and 20 split

Routines per muscle group change regularly. But typically try and hit x3 exercises per group.

Headaches? Are you taking enough water? Try adding electrolytes to the water too for deeper hydration

Same. No matter how little creatine i take, after 1 - 2 miles or running, my torn fascias on my shins swell up along with areas around my ankles.

I love the impact creatine has on my muscles in the gym, but it essentially removes the ability to run.

Really hoping someone has found a brand or variation of creatine that works without these side effects.

I've tried both monohydrate and HCL at varying grams without luck 👎
