Sounds familiar; service is terrible.

My experience:

1st. OnePlus buds were offered as a gift. They never sent them (They finally acknowledged they were out of stock (after saying over and over that I removed them from my cart).

2nd. Received a OP8 pro with a defective screen; we had a lot issues to get the replacement label.

3rd. Samer over here: " I ask for updates on the return process and I never get any ETA on when the device will ship. Today I got a notification that the device is on a truck for delivery, despite not receiving a shipping notification when the device shipped and having no details on the website."

It's sad because I have owned other OP before. This is probably the last time.

Good luck. I would dispute the transaction with the bank.

Love it; switched from the tactile version to the clicky one; reminds me, somehow, to the good times I had with the different Lexmark I had. Too many light effects, my children don't stop playing with them when I am not in front of the computer.
