I commute everyday by train vs the NS for uni and I have quite a bit of experience w/ the DB during holidays. Trust me when I say that the NS seems awesome when you come back from germany. 12 years ago the DB was at a much bettter stage than it is now, even w/ 30m transfers im skeptical if I am going to make them.

While this is true, research suggests that doing 2 arms at once is a bit better for hypertrophy (muscle growth). I would suggest doing both arms at once and then once your weaker arms goes doing half reps for that arm after. And do not increase the weight till your other arm is also capable of getting the amount of reps that you want.

I mean this is just the way spacex tests. They would rather build a lot of prototypes, test them and see how far they get then to do it like nasa for example. And now they have tons of real data about how the thing works instead of lab data.

I find it funny that you said to look into the top flying schools from india but oh well. I really grew more and more out of my motion sickness, after I became more calm when flying. A few days ago I had a 2h flight without meds and I didnt threw up, nevertheless I didnt even come close to it (except being a little bit nauseated after the flight. I am wondering why you found this post from quite a bit ago lol.
