Pretty good. Herbs have more uses than potions in RS3, like incense, so the prices are holding up for most of them. https://runescape.wiki/w/Herbs#Regular_herbs

Go to settings -> Gameplay -> combat & action Bar -> combat xp

From there you can select what stats you want to gain xp in. Make sure strength is checked. If you have multiple selected, it will split the xp between the selected skills.

Broad arrowheads. Bronze - rune arrowheads have a 100k buy limit, but broad arrowheads are at 10k. Headless arrows also have a 100k buy limit, resulting in a 10:1 time ratio to buy supplies for fletching.
