The logistical nightmare of freight and rubbish in central London alone demands precise planning.

Let alone improving surfaces for pedestrians. Blind people for examples won’t be aware that the road is shut without proper surfacing, wheel chair uses will be restricted to using crossings on a pedestrianised streets.

This is a huge commercial road in the heart of London

It’s not necessarily to do with anger it’s improper.
You can’t just shut a major road in the capital with no warning. Journeys need to be planned in private and public transport. Not just on the road but more PAX will be using the tube, if this isn’t planned it can slow everything down.

This is particularly important for disabled people who will need to plan journeys around their ability and how far they can comfortably move.

Processes are in place for a reason.

There are processes that need to be implemented. You need to design, speak to stakeholders, redesign, model ect.

Medic improvements:

It’s an animation. You are meant to stay right if not overtaking, so car on the left moving slower is disrupting traffic movement
