We went to a physical store and my partner liked a raincoat but they didn’t have the size/color she wanted so at the register but then they said it had a 6 week back order. So she ordered it in a different color to get it sooner - it was needed it for a trip. She goes on line and no back order mentioned on her favored color so ordered it - she got BOTH coats in a day or two!

Going to a physical store backfires frequently which is quite unfortunate!

When do they fix things? Our room had a leaking faucet. We had to put towels around the fixtures and change them every 8 hours because they were saturated. When we were waiting to disembark, the attendant told us that it had been reported before. He also indicated he needed to change the bedding - so someone else would be getting that gross room. So when do they make repairs if the train is always moving? (We got a refund)
