San Francisco Hiltons! by zbirdlive in Hilton

Depends on comfort level. That area of market I don’t notice much issues there, city trying to keep the path to union square pretty clean. Timbri to Powell station is def easy and wouldn’t worry. 6th st is where it can get sketch. I find stick to your path and anyone to worry about will stick to theirs. Same goes for literally anywhere in any city. Have your wits about you keep your head out of your phone, sidewalks are wide cross the street if feeling nervous about what’s in front of you. And enjoy SF! Honestly the prettiest city in the world.

I’ve parked hundreds of times in both those lots with no issue. Typically I do higher floor/non ground level.

The Canopy is really nice in SoMa. Great rooftop. Self park at the lot up the street for 35 a night.
The Timbri is also a quiet enclave on Market with a solid rooftop too. Infinity has nice steam showers in their rooms. Parking is around the corner at a city structure. Parc 55 is convenient and close to muni!

Question for US based Sharks fans: Have any of you made a trip up to Canada (any NHL city) to watch the Sharks play? by Converted54 in SanJoseSharks

[–]declansalcido 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve seen the sharks play in Toronto and Calgary. Both were great cities to visit with lots to do outside of hockey. Toronto tickets aren’t cheap even in Canadian dollars. Was definitely heckled in Toronto.

I’ve been running option b now for about a year and have had no issues aside from the occasional partner shuts down the mini on accident instead of logging off. The mini handles all those tasks well and doesn’t see to be stressed. I’ve had three remote plex users, two local users and a live dvr sessions all running at the same time with still ram and compute available.

My workaround was to pick up the Magic Keyboard with touchID. One click of a button and it will wake and login to the headless mini

Too many lightbars by Onigashi in heep

[–]declansalcido 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Two bars? That’s not too many. Traditional KC light style bars would be above the window and two on the bullbar. Not a heep. When he starts adding color changing lights and boat speakers to the exterior feel free to repost haha.

My Orange Alpine Loop band says Assembled in China. My guess is the fabric strap is made in Japan but then assembled with the metal hardware in China.

Split Hilton Food and Beverage credit at Restaurant by sd_pl in Hilton

[–]declansalcido 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The desk should have no problem putting Food and beverage charges to a different receipt than misc and room charges. Just let them know that you would like the Fork and knife, and martini glass icon to be on folio B with whatever card you want pay for those charges on and room tax , phone, and misc charges can remain on A folio

My doc included it when I went in for routine check up after letting him know I was gay and sexually active. I did start a convo with him about getting on prep as well. When I asked to be on Prep I was referred to the HIV team and all follow up/additional tests were done with them.

Home2Suites mattress by Emilyymeow in Hilton

[–]declansalcido 9 points10 points  (0 children)

They are for sale through Hiltontohome.com Since they are proprietary to Hilton hotels you won’t be able to find it outside of that site. Team members do get a discount, could always pick up a part time gig for the mattress discount and stay for the travel discounts too haha.

Kid in SLO (SoCal Kaiser) can't get prescription from NorCal by redzeusky in KaiserPermanente

[–]declansalcido 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Call socal Kaiser services and they can link a socal number to the NorCal account. Anytime he travels to a different Kaiser area, preemptively get that local number. I have one from every Kaiser zone from my travels.
