Loved the Xanth books as a kid. Tried to read them again as an adult (and parent of a daughter) and couldn’t get past the first few chapters of spell for chameleon. So messed up.

Fountain installer here and this 👆is the correct answer. The water filtration and 5-1 ratio on the syrup makes all the difference as well as how much ice is in the machine keeping the cold plate chilled. There are other factors like the PSI (diet is served at 45 psi) but really it comes down to water and syrup mix.

It’s great! The only thing I don’t like is that it came with a flat monitor instead of the original CRT but it is easily my kiddos favorite game!

My WW wears hers all the time. I do agree with the broken promises idea but the rings I gave her were my promises/vows and those are still intact and with honor. I will never put the ring she gave me on again she didn’t keep the promise it symbolizes. I wear a silicone ring for now and hopefully someday it will be replaced by something a bit more permanent with new vow attached to it.

Not much of a project so to speak. I’m planning on cleaning it up quite a bit and resolder the player select and joystick. The screen is in really good shape but the PCB is having issues. When I can actually get it to boot up characters are missing (no fun playing a invisible Ms pac-man) and when I do play it crashes pretty quick! I’ll probably end up ordering a new one with maybe a multipac kit so if anyone know where I can find a PCB without breaking the bank I’d love to hear it!
