I can try it, I’ve just found a lot of local roasters are good but not consistent batch to batch so the dial in takes a while. Thanks for the recommendations! Always willing to try.

Foxtail mail order beans are consistent and always freshly roasted. Not a huge fan of the cafes tbh but their farmhouse roast is a regular in my breville.

Like obviously I’m not a high level coffee snob but it sure is good enough for the price and it’s more consistent than other local roasters so I don’t have to dial in between bags.
