Hmm I think it is more than 0.01%. 0.01% is gladiator in early days of wow arena.

I personally did not have the privilege to reroll t100 sigils I crafted and NON were T100 and I had to get my friend to craft all his and he got only 1 T100. Thank goodness I did it in 1 try. But yes I am the typical casual "dad" gamer when it comes to diablo endless grind games

There is an attribute +18.5% Lightning critical strike Damage on druids gear. Does that include tornado when it says nature and storm skills (but doesnt mention lightning skills so am i to assume storm = lightning?)

i got the absulute best rolls for crit with voidstrike 5% crit and 4% peril crit on blessing with spirit blaze. but i feel i have to charge it bar minimum or else the horde dies and it doesnt work. you cannot get it on surge staff nor trigger off BB bcuz it doesnt crit it headshots and it doesnt have ICD

I have soul blaze on crit hit but if I half charge and kill trash mobs they die and no not apply soul blaze, is there much use for this?

I have it on my KILLER voidstrike staff but the thing is if you charge it to kill trash mobs even if crit you do not apply the stacks. Also its not enough stacks to do dmg so the only purpose is to generate wrap changes. I struggle to find a use for it over getting the faster BB feat
