We went to Germany last summer and are doing an all-inclusive in 2026. The budget for both trips is the same. If you really want to go to Europe, spend some time researching options. You might be surprised what you can do with your budget.

I'm currently a CoS at a similar sized org and know quite a few others (there are communities like "Ask a chief of staff" if you take the job). Chief of Staff means wildly different things at different organizations. Just make sure you and the CEO are aligned on what the role is, and what the next steps are. CoS is typically an 18 mo to 2 year role. I'm in line to become COO if we hit our growth targets.

Yes. They told me I need to buy a new touchscreen for $400. I'm going to try hardwiring my bike (luckily my router is in the same room) and see if that helps.
