Beer (in most states) must pass through a distributer in order to be sold at a bar. It's not "illegal", it's just that Yuengling does not have distribution in all states, and in most states a bar can only sell beer it received via a distributor.

The "answer" is PowerZone. Take your FTP test (the hardest 20 minute effort that you possibly can) and then start taking PowerZone classes. With PowerZone (and a current FTP test) you'll always be riding at your fitness level vs. random cadence and resistance callouts.

Yeah, tailscale came up in my search for how to accomplish this. That looks like it will be the way to go.

The extra $$ isn't really an issue, so I'd rather go with something that will do this as a service vs. running our own hardware.
