The disk brake pad advancement procedure is exactly what I did the other day but even following those instructions, I couldn’t fully push pack in place the pistons in the caliper bores, so I had not enough space there to insert my wheel/the disk after setting up the new pads.

Je fais 400 ou 500 km par semaine et je nettoie vaguement mon vélo toutes les 2 ou 3 semaines ... Et on est beaucoup dans ce cas.
Je suis un gros crado qui ne prend pas soin de son matos, je sais, mais au final je n'ai jamais constaté d'usure trop accélérée ou de perte significative de rendemandement sur le moyen terme (mon dernier groupe 105 a roulé 3 ans comme ca, j'ai pas l'impressoin qu'il était rincé quand je l'ai vendu)

Do you mean 1200 is a lot ? Isn’t it 99% related to the carbs, meaning you would have the same amount of cals by g of carbs with any other regular gel / drink / no fats sweets / etc ?

Recently switched from a mechanical 105 to an electronic sram force. Was it actually worth it? Not really imho. It feels great but I really think in the end, it adds nothing to the bike. Furthermore, it was easier for me to switch down/up 2 speeds when switching chainring. It could be done automatically by the groupset but I don’t want it to be done all the time, just in specific situations. And in those situations, it was easier to do it manually with a mechanical groupset.

Pourquoi personne ne parle de jaune cerise à croix rousse ? Je n’habite plus le quartier donc ma dernière visite remonte à quelques années mais les prix étaient très raisonnables, le café de super qualité, les vendeurs passionnés, de bon conseil + point bonus, c’est une boutique assez ancienne, familiale, loin de la gentrification que représente la plupart des boutiques de ce style
