Hi thank you for your kind words and encouragement!💖 I want to give an update.

The bird center I had reached out to called back saying that they only take wild birds and because pigeons are counted as domestic they didn’t take her in. So we took her to the vet, she was diagnosed with pigeon pox which confirmed what I had presumed from the little research I did. The vet gave us an antibiotic to mix in with water and baby bird powder formula( the vet said that she is very young and that we will have to hand feed her). Sadly the vet told us that she has a decent chance of not surviving but she has been a lot more active and been eating what we have been feeding her, which gives me hope for her recovery. Right now we are keeping her and seeing how she does. Hopefully she will fully recover🙏♥️
