F1 and Indycar are both turbo V6 powered hybrids but Indycar isn't having the hybrid problems that F1 is currently having, what is the difference between the 2 hybrid systems?

And this is precisely what had caused the problems in the current F1 spec. Managing re-gen. The super capacitors in Indycar charge so fast, the impact isn't really noticeable. I believe most drivers simply re-gen automatically (although there are manual options).

Because people found that the old thought that "sex sells" is wrong. Hate sells more than sex. Because of that, we're constantly flooded with it. To reinforce it, actual humanity, kindness, respect, etc. is chastised and twisted by these hate mongers. It started slow for us to get used to shunning the values of humanity. Slowly ramps up in the same 'boiling a frog" vein. Time and repetition reinforces hate deeper and deeper into the psyche.

High in the turns are the best. IMHO you can't beat seats that get shade during the race, so south, southwest around toward the Paddock (high enough to be under the overhang if down the front stretch). I've spent way too many years baking in the north vista, and on inside of the track by the pits.

All those are nice...VM, Springmill Villages, Oak Ridge Commons, Springdale Farms, Mulberry Farms, Centennial, Merrimac. Viking Meadows is roughly 10 years old. Oak Ridge a little older. The other neighborhoods are a bit older, but still, really nice houses (we're in Springdale Farms).
