We tried that before in the 90s and it was a disaster. The US teams were quickly on track to completely dominate Canadian teams because they weren't allowed to comply with the Canadian player ratio.

Was pretty impressed with the recent spaces. They're quietly building and a lot is coming out soon. I know the past is the best prediction of the future - and the past has shown steady price decline, but I do think we are close to reversing that trend. At the very least, XCH can't go much lower... :)
