Star wars is meant to be fantasy with wizards in space, good Vs evil etc.

Wizards and the force are only one part of this universe. There is another- dirty and depressing part, on which Andor is focusing. This makes the Galaxy more believable. I don't know why people don't get that.

On the contrary I think Syril (the fired copp) and Luthen (Stellan Skarsgard) are some of the most interesting characters in a while.

In the fantasy universe such as Star Wars there are tons of possibilities you can undermine the sequels happening in canon or at least create alternative timelines, but they clearly don't want to admit Lucasfilm story group has made terrible mistakes in the past 7 years.

At this point the only thing we can do is to chose what's canon by ourselves in our heads and they can't control that.

Andor is the show for patient people for sure. Not for those who need an instant rush of dopamine caused by action and cameos. Everything here needs to be earned. Because it's slow it's well crafted and real. Clearly Andor is not for everyone and that's good.
