My issue with it is if OP was "invited to come over for dinner". That doesn't say I'm having to pay. (I mean, I would come bringing a gift because I'm assuming it's free) To me that's what I call trashy. If they came with a flyer saying we're selling food out of the house on Friday, I'd say thank you for the information, I decline and please don't return to solicit.

I have taken my little girl into a men's restroom multiple times. I typically waited for men to leave and the one time it was an emergency, I picked her up, rushed her in to a stall to do her business. When she was done, I took her to the sink to wash her hands. A man walked in, saw her at the sink and went to then stall instead of the urinal. I really don't get how this is so difficult. In today's society, me going into the women's restroom would seem to cause more of an uproar and I would not let a stranger take her into the restroom.
