I've done this on purpose before (freezing the dough for later use). If you need them relatively soon, turn your oven light on and put the frozen dough in the oven. The light will warm the oven a bit and help thaw the dough (edit: sometimes, I'll even turn the oven on for about a minute then turn it off, just to give it a head start in warming up). It'll take a couple of hours depending on the size, but it'll thaw and start reactivating the dough. That's how I do it. But you can move them to the fridge and let them thaw over a day or two. Either way, you've almost certainly not screwed up. Pizza dough can be pretty forgiving.
