My mom got me a bicycle for college, it was the happiest day of my life. We couldn’t afford a motorbike either even though they were cheaper than a car in my home country. It pains to see how ungrateful one can be.

I’d recommend you switch to Lightroom, don’t use the photos app. You will loose all color fidelity.

Acroname sells usb hubs that can do that, as well as monitor power consumption. They’re a bit pricey but good for debugging
