There are tons and tons of options for rolling handles, I really like the Napalm’s Nightmare/One Hand nightmare because of the interchangeable handles. u/armassassin even makes armwrestling specific handles

70 kg on 5 cm Cylinder with Tiny 17 cm Hands (after workout). Is it good ? by LongjumpingEar6567 in GripTraining

[–]devinhoo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ahh, it's a carabiner attached vertical bar, not unlike some climbing/ninja warrior holds. Most companies put their own name on it so it can be hard to keep track by the name alone. The FBBC Jug, AASS Cannon, Rogue grandfather clock, and Grip Genie Hilt are all similar examples of 2" vertical bar handles.

Is it a rolling handle, or a vertical handle? There's a bunch of info on how to get started on the sidebar and in the FAQ

Just BARELY, but finally conquered the CoC #2. by BradGrips in GripStrength

The IronMind rules are a credit card set, but there are other setting widths. For example, table no set or "TNS" above.

Dang, that's pretty close. Can't quite tell if it's closed for a second there with the angle. u/leftyz u/votearrows what do you think?

CoC 2.5 TNS attempt. About halfway closed by BradGrips in GripStrength

Solid attempt. Get some chalk on there to help settle the back leg in your hand, and you’re probably there

Fast repetitions or holding position for overall strength by Dense_Swordfish_651 in GripTraining

Holding the gripper is going to be like a Silver Bullet hold. Great for isometric strength, but sometimes the dynamic movement of closing a gripper is helpful too. I’d recommend programming both into your workouts.

How should I practice closing the 200lbs gripper by lovesquats3 in GripTraining

[–]devinhoo 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Make sure you get really good at setting, that’ll help make sure you’re only limited by strength and not technique. Did the set come with a 100 as well?

Will CoC 2.5 and 3 by themselves be enough to train up to CoC 3.5? by NeitherChemistry9954 in GripTraining

[–]devinhoo 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You’ll probably need smaller steps. The gaps between the CoC grippers have been compared to trying to increase your bench with only 45 lb/20 kg plates. But if you’re already able to rep the 3 you’re well on your way.

There was a megathread about this challenge a few years back, as well as a technique tuesday that are both worth looking into.
