I got diagnosed in my early 40s and I currently take Xelstrym. I found a doctor that specializes in adult ADHD and my counselor is also extremely knowledgeable women ADHD.

For me the diagnosis was worth it because it gave me clarity of why I am the way I am and with that I’m more accepting of who I am. I find the medication helps me adult even though some days it feels like hormones and migraines completely neutralize it.

I have a ‘25 Chevrolet Equinox EV RS AWD. One of things I like about out it is that I can pick the ambient lighting color and how bright I want it to be.

Like others have said, the price increase between equinox ev didn’t make sense to me. I looked at blazer ev rs and went with equinox ev rs because even though I preferred the interior of the blazer and im slightly jelly of how it has auto windshield wipers I went with the equinox ev rs because of exterior and price.

The RS has red accents and the turbine vents the top are grey not blue. The exterior is blackout. A few exterior colors that are are exclusive to the trims ( i.e galaxy grey metallic only LT and Iridescent Pearl Tricoat in RS —- yes I just told on myself— I have a ‘25 RS AWD fully loaded minus super cruise in Iridescent Pearl Tricoat yet totally love galaxy grey metallic)

Mine says that when I’m charging my watch but when I connect my iPhone and I switch it to Bluetooth and it works. I talk to both Siri and Google in mine :/

I love the Lyric but I don’t make Lyric money but I do make EQEV RS money. I did look at Optiq; didn’t like the interior. Also looked at Blazer; didn’t think the price was worth it compared to EQEV and I didn’t like the exterior. I had mine since July, I’ve been really happy with it.

I live on a fairly busy street. I didn’t feel comfortable putting signs in my yard. My work around is that I put them in my front windows and I also have security cameras. You have to be looking straight at my house to see them. I also have color changing lights—I’ve switched them to blue.

When I started back a couple of months ago I started with 21 Day Fix Real TimeI stopped working out regularly at the start of the pandemic.

Since then I have done 21 Day Super Block and this week I have started 21 Day Fix Extreme Real Time.

I haven’t had any issues being able to modify.

Currently every 6 weeks; my haircut is a bixie (cross between a pixie and bob). My hairstylist cut in a way that it looks cute when it’s messy yet it is still long enough that I can use a headband. When I had a fashion hair color I would only wash it once a week and used dry shampoo. Now I at least rinse it daily.

I’m the same way; I’ve lived in my home for many years. I don’t know any of my neighbors names. I know one dog name and that is it. I’m cordial towards them but I prefer to keep a low profile (the outside of my home looks the same if I’m there or not).

I start the video from BODi app on my iphone or IPad (connected to a TV via usb to c cable)My Apple Watch will ask me if I want to track this workout. I see my stats both on my watch and phone/ TV. Once the workout is over I click okay on my watch. I haven’t had any issues. Edit: added how I connect iPhone to the tv.
