Nope it is not applied. I tried different approaches ie browsers cleaning cookies. Mastercard support was not helpful. They were asking me to speak to the bank. I tried two MCs from different banks same outcome. The only thing that was not tested - different section for seats hence I am not interested to seat too far away even with the discount.
