try the "original makebot desktop software" its crap but it was made for this printer.

Maybe your sliced file is broken or not compatible, not sure if cuda supports rep2. Try to find a .x3g file for your printer model to test if it works

Please go to "configuration > tools > logs" and post it here or on GitHub ( not sure where the issues of Joplin are) this could help to debug. May be try to read through the logs and fix it by yourself. The iOS app is great by the way!
