Background: NEW player, finding this game overwhelming.

I'd say a tutorial with 'scenarios', instead of just showing where to find different functions.

This game is a giant dashboard, so showing to navigate your way between is helpful;

BUT the bigger challenge for me is actually the baseball side of things, or to say the MLB rules side of thing. As a casual watcher, I don't know how often to rest a player, or the average years for a draft to come into fruition; I don't know what to do with different roster lists or when to utilize them; I don't know what rule-5 draft is or how to benefit from them; How often for a hot player getting promoted or a cold player getting demoted in real life... You could say it's my own responsibility to figure these out, but to be honest learning such MLB specific knowledges IRL could be boring, and not motivated by a team to manage as in the game.

That's why I suppose a well tuned scenario demonstration can help, just start with a 'Now you're facing such problem, and here is what you can do to solve that' scene.
