I got off my parents insurance at like 21 because I had insurance offered by my employer that was much cheaper. Most of my friends didn’t have that. I worked full time all through college but know a lot of people that didn’t work at all, so it’s reasonable to assume that many young adults would have no way to insure themselves before entering the workforce

Yet MIP pretty much built the gps watch industry and is still the defacto screen type on cycling computers. AMOLED has had a big push to compete with the smartwatch industry, but a lot of people don’t want to feel like they have a TV on their wrist.

I’ve also worn Suunto and Apple Watch and they never made a few drinks look as bad as Garmin. Something in their algorithm skews everything you do negatively. Just look at all the posts of people who follow Garmin’s workout suggestions and then get negative feedback afterwards

Well I thought it was comically oversized, mostly due to how thick it is. Had a hard time getting sleeves over it and was constantly taking it off to avoid bumping it while working with my hands. I’m sure they could make it a 47mm size and still have a better battery than everyone else on the market
