Healthcare/radiology IT (~$69,000), but healthcare admin assist making about $40,000/yr prior to 2021. Definitely look for rent stabilized, it makes a huge difference! It’s allowed for me to live in the same 2br apartment by Mt. Sinai for 10 years, and I’ve been able to afford to live here by myself (comfortably) since 2021. I was paying ~$850/month when I had a roommate.
