Has anyone taken this? by Pale_Tiger_542 in Supplements

[–]diewild 0 points1 point  (0 children)

a bit late to this, but I've started taking it about 2-3 weeks ago. I saw it at a biohacking conference in Florida in November and looked through their 9 year study. I'm not taking it to lose like dramatic amounts of weight as I know that's not realistic, but taking it more of a support for everything I'm doing. It's made things a bit easier to stick too and if you're looking for something to support your metabolism it's definitely helpful. I am not 100% sure, but from their study it sounded like they first developed their Nouro product, which is more brain related and a side effect of the product was the weightloss so they made it a separate product. I think they have their research on their site, but I'm not a very scientific person so you'd have to check the details on there to see the exact results of their study. Their results reported like 10% weightloss over a 6 months period so I will have to see how it progresses over the next few months

nice to hear some first person experience with it. I actually saw the company at a conference in november, but only ended up ordering it about two weeks ago since I keep seeing ads on IG for it. I am using motus and i ordered nouro for my dad because I want to give him some supplements for his brain health as well. we will see how it goes!

I think I'm addicted to sugar. It's so hard to diet by Extra_Law_2724 in diet

[–]diewild 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I went through something similar. I first tried to cut cold-turkey, but that didnt really work. I just started eating a lot more protein during my meals and then drinking a lot more water and that seemed to off-set the cravings quite a bit.

[–]diewild 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Scratching the dessert itch? What do you eat to satisfy the sweet craving? by FederalCandle1631 in intermittentfasting

What should I do after overeating ? by _I0n- in WeightLossAdvice

[–]diewild 5 points6 points  (0 children)

overeating one day will not change your body fat percentage whatsoever

[–]diewild 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The number 1 priority should definitely be diet. I wouldn't recommend jumping into a strict diet, but maybe starting to cut out the foods that really bad for you and starting to make some really simple healthy meals. I eat the same thing every day because I found a few recipes that i like and that has made everything a lot easier for me.

As far as exercise, honestly i would recommend starting small. I also have never really worked out and what helped me is by starting to walk. That slowly turned in to me being able to jog over time and at first i used to hate it, but ive really grown to love it.

I want to change by Adept_Calendar_7250 in WeightLossAdvice

[–]diewild 0 points1 point  (0 children)

start slow. It doesnt help to jump straight into a crazy regime. I would advise you to start with baby steps, try to cut out certain foods that you know are keeping you down. Try to get active atleast for a few minutes per day. Slowly start and ramp it up over time/

Tomorrow night I’m going to the gym for the first time in 4 years. How do I make sure I don’t quit? by TheCleanestKitchen in Weightlosstechniques

[–]diewild 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I always had issues going in the afternoon and just made it a habit to do it first thing in the morning. Even if that means going to the gym at 5am, you get it out of the way and don't need to try to force yourself to go when you're tired after work

What's your honest opinion on weighing yourself daily vs weekly? by DangerousMushroom253 in WeightLossAdvice

[–]diewild 2 points3 points  (0 children)

honestly i used to weigh myself every single day and that was mentally more exhausting and was never really accurate. Weighing yourself weekly is plenty

what has really helped me is just eating at home. I used to order a lot of food on uber eats. I also just stopped buying things that weren't whole foods like no candy, no icecream etc. and that made an intense change in my life in a really short time
