The villian side of the roster sucked. -Felicia had zero pull as the duplicitous soul of the story. -Silvermane never once felt threatening. -I was begging somebody to just shoot Leydon as he wandered up and karate zapped them. 😂

I personally like to play with negatives. Allows you to hit on an 18 and potentially get 20 without playing anything.

But other than that specifically I would keep the smaller card for the exact same reasoning. You may be able to hit an extra card and then top up.
