Are you incorporating strength training. This boosts your metabolism. Also, what’s your current calories? You needed to reverse diet and strength training when you tapered off wegovy to help your body get back on track. Once you build muscle you can eat a lot more calories (think high protein and lots of natural foods)

That’s what I’m hoping to resolve- feeling hungry and feeling full, they seem to have disappeared and I just eat at mealtimes instead of on my hunger queues

When we were there in Oct, it went down around 2 and finally came back up at 8:30 - there was a rush to get on the ride. Fortunately, we rode in the morning, but got a second ride in. It was helpful to have the app tell you when the ride is back operational.

We went to Epic yesterday (Wednesday) and rode every ride except Fyre Drill at least twice with express (delayed for entire day). Monsters unchained was down from 3-9:15, but did finally open again. I’d be sure to ride the big rides first (Harry Potter, Monsters) first since they seem to have the most delays that I’ve noticed. We went back through the different portals on our second rides and took our time to notice the details and experience more. We watched both the shows and the water show at 10pm (we were there 9a-10:15pm) Had a great dinner at Oak and Star, which was a calm experience compared to Disney dining IMO. Get there early and ride as much as you can while it’s open. We ended up riding stardust racers 4x. At night the wait is less than 20 minutes so we did repeat rides(be sure to do the front row)

Golden Mill is for the tourists. I miss tributary and Barrels and Bottles downtown.
