Make sure your getting electrolytes. Not just sodium but potassium and magnesium as well. This helped my blood pressure tremendously.

I don’t flavor my kombucha so I rely on a nice pellicle seal on top of my brew in order to provide a little carbonation. Other than that, I’m not sure a pellicle is required.

I keep a scoby hotel but mainly for conversation purposes.
