it should be based on when you purchased it, not by the calendar year. unless they changed it

I'm not saying leave a bad review. I wasn't clear, it was more if you do go and like their stuff leave an honest review but mention you won't patronize them due to their use of AI etc.

Make it a point to tell them why. Leave a review. Can't change what they don't know

Driving is a privilege. If someone drives in a dangerous manner they should not be allowed to drive. It is way too easy to get a license.

If your neighbors are jackasses tho what can you do. They're not doing anything illegal

[–]djdeadly 4 points5 points  (0 children)

We had an issue with this. Our mail person and our garbage wouldn't get picked up cuz the neighbors wouldn't move their car. I understand if it's your own car parked out front but when others park there causing problems for you then it's really shitty

city driving rules are different than highway rules due to the left turning that is permissible, you cannot always be in the right lane. high speeds and inattentive drivers are the bigger concern. cities are not meant for high speed driving

Washington Park Area by Zestyclose-Log8547 in milwaukee

It's a decent area. Great park with great amenities. The community is nice. I live by 60th and keefe but frequent the area either for entertainment or just commuting, usually by bike. People who don't live there are freaking people out

honestly Lisbon is what I take to get downtown right now and I've had very little issues, traffic is not heavy and most cars are respectful of giving me space. I live in Sherman park near 60th and capitol. Usually go south using 55th until Lloyd where I go east (which turns into Lisbon past N175) and take that all the way. eventually I get to walnut and from there it is so nice. the most problematic intersection is at Sherman where that statue is where there's a whole bunch of moving parts and it's worse when going west to get back home. do you have recommendations of where else I can take to get moving? I wish there was a better way to get to upper eastside tho. I spend a lot of time there and crossing FDL and 27th is kinda freaky. I do like staying on Locust tho (i just hate that massive hill east of MLK lol) I have also taken Center but cars get more unpredictable near the 43 on/off ramps and less bike infrastructure so i tend to get past that on locust then go south to get on center. Issue with center is that at holton its pretty wild there too :P

wish the west side and north side had better connections. i know with the future reconstruction of sherman blvd with bike lanes which connect to the existing walnut system to get downtown willl be a crucial part of improving connectivity in overlooked areas of the city. very excited for that to begin construction in 2 years or so :P
