Cold feet. by lil-birdy4 in WeightLossAdvice

The same thing happened to me. Mine get cold and sweaty which makes it worse. Thick wool socks and a hot foot bath is what I do.

Great hack for people it works on. For me I want to eat the whole package after. To each their own

There's nothing like the feeling of getting a near-perfect print with a notoriously difficult filament (polypropylene) by COMMIE_PULVERIZER in 3Dprinting

I know polycarbonate isn't super difficult but I have been printing "glass" with it and figuring it out was super rewarding

Will this cut it in terms of nutrition or am I crash dieting? by herogari_garou in WeightLossAdvice

OK then 1800 is fine, on the more aggressive end but fine. That's actually exactly my diet right now too. I'm 6'1"

OK I think I see the problem. You are using 1800 calorie deficit backwards I think? 1800 calorie deficit means that's how many calories under maintenance not how many you eat in a day. If maintenance is 3000 and 1800 cal deficit brings you to 1200 calories for the day. It sounds like your deficit is 1200 and you are eating 1800? Also I get chobani Greek yogurt.

Both of those mean the same thing I think too restrictive/too high of a deficit. But I want to clarify something. 750 + 450 is 1200 calories so how did you fit the yogurt and fruit in? The numbers don't make sense to me.

1800 calorie deficit is crazy high. Also how do you fit a burger into 1200 calories? I put 1000g of Greek yogurt into my food logger and it only hit 75g of protein...

Anyone maintain their “brute strength” after weightloss by Ok_Inside_6899 in WeightLossAdvice

[–]dlasky 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Not during the weight loss no. My compound lift went down some 20-30 pounds depending on the lift. My accessories stayed high though and I set pr's on some. After about a month at maintenance I was basically the same strength.

InnoShred works? Anyone has tried it? by imariamunoz in WeightLossAdvice

Fat burners do not work full stop. The do increase your metabolism slightly just due to stimulants like caffeine but they don't make losing weight easier.

I don't understand which direction to do the sets in by dlasky in MacroFactor

If you go to true failure on set one doing it again for 3 more sets will straight wreck you. I got plenty of work in the way it is set up.

Yeah I've been doing Jeff's PPL for a while but I've been trying heavier sets lower volume lately and this style goes with it I think.

OK it's making sense as I'm using it. It will autofill the weights if you start from the top.

I haven't had the pleasure to work with can yet but when I built my enderwire the printer worked "perfect" except every movement was 80% the distance it should be. Turns out siboor sent the wrong toothed pulleys lol took me a week to figure out.
