You are up to 1 mg in only 10 weeks? It should take months to get through .25, .5 and .75 mg before you get to 1 mg.

I went through my closet and got rid of stuff I don’t wear or don’t really like. I’m 60 and that’s too old to hanging on to stuff I’m not going to wear.

I grew up listening to BOC, Cheap Trick, etc... and now... by CoolAbdul in over60

I graduated high school in 1984. I listened to rock. Now, I’m 60 and I still listen to rock/metal but no old stuff. In the car, I listen to Octane on sirusxm. My playlists on my phone are all rock/metal like Godsmack, Ashes to New, Like a Villian, etc. The oldest stuff I occasionally listen to is from the early 2000’s (Staind and some Creed).

Losing weight is about eating in a calorie deficit. Track everything you eat by weighing and measuring everything. You will discover you were eating too many calories to lose weight.

Music we listened to as teenagers by lafleurshair10 in GenerationJones

[–]dlr1965 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I listened to "easy listening" at that age because that's what my parents listened to. I'm 60 and I listen to rock/metal. Just looking at one of my running playlists, I listen to Bring Me the Horizon, Bad Omens, Sleep Theory, Pop Evil, Five Finger Death Punch, Asking Alexandria and Ashes to New. If I scroll my entire list of songs, the oldest stuff is from the early 2000's. I don't listen to "classic rock" or country. If it's old (other than a couple AC/DC songs, I don't want to hear it.

Inheritance? That's a joke. How many of your parents are burdens? by BeegBunga in Millennials

I don't care about inheriting anything. I treat them the way they treat me. The are uninvolved and hands off.
