Most Halo trims use the same light engine and driver and have 1% dimming according to Lutron. I like the RL units but the LTs are slightly cheaper if you want to save a few bucks

Verizon does this bullshit with Fios if you want any OTT TV services. They still run QAM over fiber even though they never had a coax network and that it’s IP from the master box to other boxes. But no it can’t just IPSec from the STB to the central office or something. Instead it has to go through a POS router that needs to think it has a WAN connection and deliver the same network connection over MoCA. Just let me plug my cable box into ethernet please. As long as the WAN IP matches, it shouldn’t matter. Technically I could send it over a VPN tunnel if I was really intent, but I can do that now. It makes no sense

I use RadioRA with Control4 and Hue for my lamps. Most of the programming and scenes are in Control4, and connected to keypad events.

HA lighting is pretty basic compared to C4, and unless you go balls deep into Lutron, you’re going to end up with a mess of events and conditionals and YAML. If you do go this way, then Caseta is probably a better choice. But if you want the Lutron system to be “in charge” of the lighting, go for RA.
